I got my compress leg supports since my legs have been hurting. They showed up within a week, and shortly after I put them on, I felt some relief from the pain. I usually don’t shop online, but this is a company I can count on to come through. I've already told a few folks about onecompress and wouldn’t think twice about recommending them again.

I purchased these gloves due to my carpal tunnel issues and the pain I’m dealing with. They don’t seem to help, but I’m not sure if it’s a bad product or if the stitching has come undone, making them unusable. This happened just a few weeks after I got them. I’ve been trying to reach out via email, but aside from a quick response, I haven’t heard anything back. I even sent photos to show the problem, but still no reply. I also reached out on their Instagram. Honestly, I feel like I might have been taken for a ride. :(

To start with, my knees are feeling fantastic!! Ordering was a breeze. The tracking updates were excellent, and the communication from Pearl was top-notch. I’d definitely recommend this!

Thanks to this compression glove, I’m no longer waking up with pain in my right hand fingers. So far, I only need one glove, but the stretchy material lets me switch between the two gloves before hitting the sack. I first ordered a large size based on the measurements provided on the website. After using the gloves, I mentioned in my feedback that I’d like a snugger fit. A customer service representative reached out to me within a day and offered to send a medium size. I’m really impressed with the level of care I received and the comfort I’m feeling.

This is a fantastic company with excellent support. The gloves are incredible - I put them on every night and my hand discomfort vanishes. The knee sleeve is so comfy that I even wear it to bed! I'm planning to get another knee sleeve since it really makes a huge difference!

I gotta say, my hands are super grateful for onecompress! I wouldn't be able to use them without those gloves!

I got a medium-sized set of gloves that felt nice, but they were a tad too roomy. Thinking I missed the return window, I went ahead and ordered a 4-pack of small gloves. They showed up faster than the initial order. I shot them an email to let them know the new ones had come in and mentioned that I had mistakenly picked a size too big with the first order. To my surprise, they offered to send me two additional sets of gloves to replace the original ones! I'm really impressed with how responsive the customer service is, and my hands feel fantastic in these gloves.

Honestly, if I had the option to give this zero stars, I totally would. I placed an order and made sure to follow the sizing instructions. The items arrived, but they just don’t fit. I reached out to the company to ask about their return or refund policy. Instead of a helpful response, I got a generic email explaining how to wear the product. It’s just a sleeve, so I didn’t need any instructions. When I tried to follow up, I got nothing back. If there’s no way to return or get a refund, just be upfront about it!

I picked the incorrect size, it was too large (L), and they sent me a smaller one at no extra cost. I didn’t even have to return the larger gloves; they just said to pass them on to someone who could use them. What great service! The new size is on its way, so I can’t review it yet, but I really liked the quality of the ones I currently have; just need them to fit a bit snugger!

I got the biggest knee sleeve size according to the sizing guide. It was way too snug at the top. They claim a 60-day money-back guarantee, but they don’t actually follow through on it. I've sent them 3 emails asking about returning my sleeve for a refund, and they’ve just ignored me! Watch out, folks!

After a bit of a wait due to Christmas, New Year, postal delays, and shipping from China, my Onecompress gloves finally showed up. I was so excited to get them and I absolutely adore them – they’re super soft! I didn’t want to take them off, so I wore them all day and even through the night. The customer service from the company is top-notch; they kept in touch with me throughout the process. Big thanks to Pearl! I’d definitely suggest this company to others.
